The breakfasts were exceptional and great value for money a great variety of choice and catered for all my dietary needs 😀. The room was well set and also I'm a light sleeper and the room was quiet. Just a perfect location close to Windermere Town centre and a good walk to Bowness.

Nice, quiet location, only 5 minutes walk from the town centre. Andy (host) was very welcoming and gave some very good recommendations for places to eat. The room was very clean and tidy and comfortable, and included an iron and ironing board, as well as a hair dryer.
