Really nice area very clean hotel the lady who owned it was very nice and even made my kids pancakes in the morning would definitely go back . 10 minute walk to centre of Bowness as well

On arrival the tv in our room didn’t work so we got upgraded and our new room was beautiful. The location is perfect, 2 minutes walk from shops and restaurants and walkable to bowness on Windermere too. Access to tea, coffee, a dining area etc was good.
