Luggage storage is sometimes possible by prior arrangement only.Please note that there is free on-street parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. A public pay car park is directly opposite the property.There is NO lift at the property so guests will have to climb either 1 or 2 flights of stairs to their room. We are a ROOM only establishment, therefore, no meals are included.Kindly note that the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay. Full payment will be taken 14 days prior to arrival date. The property cannot accept American Express.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Friendly welcome to a spotless cosy, comfortable room. Loved our stay at this perfect spot. Two minutes walk into the centre of Windemere, room tidied and new breakfast items left each day, parking in the street reasonably easy. Really the best value accommodation I've stayed in for a long time. Highly recommend.
