Check-in times are 16:00 – 18:00. Later check in is available on request. Luggage storage is sometimes possible by prior arrangement only.Please note that there is free on-street parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. A public pay car park is directly opposite the property.There is NO lift at the property so guests will have to climb either 1 or 2 flights of stairs to their room. We are a ROOM only establishment, therefore, no meals are included.Kindly note that the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay. Full payment will be taken 14 days prior to arrival date. The property cannot accept American Express.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Dawn made us feel very welcome - especially as we arrived later than planned. Our room was really lovely and we had everything we needed - even food for breakfast, which was not expected. It was a great location - about a 10 minute walk from the station and a two minute walk to the bus stop and restaurants, supermarkets etc. We were able to buy a bus pass that allowed us to hop on and off all day. We would definitely book here again.
