Check-in times are 16:00 – 18:00. Later check in is available on request. Luggage storage is sometimes possible by prior arrangement only.Please note that there is free on-street parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. A public pay car park is directly opposite the property.There is NO lift at the property so guests will have to climb either 1 or 2 flights of stairs to their room. We are a ROOM only establishment, therefore, no meals are included.Kindly note that the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay. Full payment will be taken 14 days prior to arrival date. The property cannot accept American Express.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Dawn was an absolute joy. So helpful and friendly. She runs her B&B like a home from home and could not do enough for us. The room was spacious and plenty of room to get ready for a wedding, the shower room was tiny but functional, the bed was incredibly comfy and the room was well thought out. No breakfast actually included but breakfast snacks left as a lovely touch. Highly recommend this gem and if we go to Windermere again we will return. Thank you Dawn for all your help x

The whole stay was really great. the owner was kind enough to let me check in a couple hours early. the room was really clean and cozy. the location of the property was perfect as well.

Love the styling of the room. It was very warm and cosy for my daughter and I. We had a twin room which was a little tight but not a problem. The host was welcoming and friendly and gave us suggestions for our stay. It was a lovely stay.
