Great staff Fantastic communication The bed was welcomed after a long week walking and staying in hostels in the lake district. The price was fantastic for the lake District at this time of year. The location was great,shops,food,transport links. A little gem in the lakes. Thank you graham.

The host Mr Graham is nice and helpful. After confirming the reservation, he provides useful information via Booking.com. Room is spacious and clean. I love the design.
