Location was excellent and very good value for money. Loved that we had a table, chairs, cutlery and plates etc so we could eat in the room.

Location is perfect, from where to go anywhere you want in the Lake District. The staff is very welcoming, always ready to help. A suggestion: to avoid wasting water in the bathroom while the shower keeps on more than necessary.

Tim was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room and en suite bathroom were clean and comfortable. The house is very centrally located in Windermere town, near restaurants, shops and the station. There are buses down to the lake and also public transport to many other lake district areas. I bought a day bus pass and was able to see a lot cheaply.

Everything was very clean and tidy. Perfect location for everything. Food, bus, train. Also the host is really welcoming and kind. Will be coming back soooon
