The fine print
The Garden Café is currently operating a limited service for Food & Beverage. Breakfast is continental only, grab and go breakfast can also be provided on request. Full English Country Breakfast is served on Saturdays and Sundays. We also offer a small selection of hot, soft and alcoholic drinks. Please contact the property for further information. We do not currently have a Bar or Restaurant available in The Manor House Building.We are able to accommodate small toy dogs (Under 10kg) on request in our Garden Rooms only. A supplement of £20.00 per night is applicable and paid direct to the property on check in. Dogs are not permitted in The Club, The Hayloft Spa or Garden Café for hygiene reasons. Please inform us in advance if you will be brining a dog. Please note cats or any other type of pet will not be accommodated under any circumstances. Guide & Service Dogs are exempt from this policy and charges on production of correct paperwork.The Garden Double Rooms are located in a separate Annex Building and not the main Manor House. Not recommended for lone female travellers.Children's Swimming times are as follows: Monday to Friday 4pm to 5pm, Saturday and Sunday 9.30am till 10.30am and 4pm till 5pm.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Very stylish and beautifully restored in a modern minimalist elegant style. Beautiful. Restoration is obviously ongoing and the pricing reflects that but it’s looking v good.

Simple room at great value price. Had all we needed, fridge, tv, towels and very friendly receptionist brought us a fan as it was the hottest day of the year so it was hot everywhere! We had French doors that opened onto the garden which was great. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.Room and bathroom very clean.

Gemma was absolutely amazing and knew what every room was like and which one would suit each individual guest. So smiley and helpful and funny. Katrina was amazing too-so professional and helpful and friendly. They both just wanted to make sure we had the most amazing stay possible and thanks to them we did. I highly recommend this hotel-the facilities are beautiful-the staff are so friendly and will do anything for you to ensure you gave the best stay possible. Gemma and Katrina are amazing -truly amazing. I would definitely purely stay here next birthday-best birthday I have ever had! What a beautiful, luxurious venue with a beautiful garden. So welcoming, cosy and luxurious
