In short: this is the retreat you've been looking for to stay in Dorset. Everything you might need is on hand. An ideal location and a stunning setting perfect for a few days peaceful getaway. There's plenty to do right on your doorstep if you want to venture out, and a pub serving good food is a 2 minute walk. The lodge itself is very private and quiet. Hosts were attentive, on hand if required, and very welcoming. They've got this place absolutely nailed down; the attention to the small details within the lodge was amazing - you aren't going to forget anything, because it's all there. I'll be back!

the property is surrounded by wildlife and nature, being able to see the deer roaming the fields from the hot tub was really cool. the facilities provided everything we needed for our stay and was super clean upon arrival. not to mention the hot tub is amazing!!
