Although we only stayed one night it was perfect. The receptionist (whose name I did not get) was super welcoming and kind, the customer service in general was excellent. Not over the top at all but just professional, this is extremely appreciated especially being a female tourist.

Breakfast and diner were good. Authentic Sri Lanakan. Guide and driver for the safari in Wilapatu were excellent. Even managed a sighing of the rarely seen slough bear - a great experience not helped by the weather - but you cannot control that! Swimming pool was excellent and welcome in the heat. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.
