Breakfast was not included. The location was very nice secluded among other pretty and old Dutch buildings in the neighborhood. The freeway A1 is in the vicinity and one can hear it. We were greeted nicely and the reception as well as checkout was uncomplicated.

Great hosts. Serviceminded, and helpful. We was offered their private bikes, and also a ride to the train when we left. Short trip to Thermen Bussloo.
