Lovely building full of character. Nice spaces to use downstairs to relax, and outdoor swimming pool, parking, and a 15 minute walk (bear in mind some of this is on verges with no pavement) into Wilmington centre. Small bit quality selection of breakfast items. Nice touch with the welcome cookies in the room.

It was a really pleasant stay. Allthough we found the rooms and facilities somewhat outdated... This was however highly compensated by our super host. What a great and friendly host she really did everything right. The breakfast was very nice and good. overall a nice place to stay, but we can imagine that people feel that the pictures on the site look a lot nicer than the rooms and facilties themselves. Everything was superclean though, so no comment on that part.

My daughter loved to play in the swimming pool,my son loved the breakfast ans I loved the overall atmosphere. Perfect stay for us.
