Location was idea for Wilmington. The property was decorated to a high standard, very comfortable, spacious and clean. Jeff the host had obviously gone to a lot of trouble to ensure that everything was in order, there was nothing missing. It was like a home from home! We would return without question next time we are staying in Wilmington.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house had absolutely everything we could have needed. The care and attention put into the details and decor of the place was wonderful. Communication was clear to help us find and get in to the property and the personal touches of water, snacks, etc were really welcomed. It was a great location with only a short walk into downtown Wilmington and the River Walk. Although we didn't meet our hosts in person, we knew that they were nearby for any problems and they made some excellent recommendations for places to eat and drink. We would definitely recommend!

We travel since 20 years to Wilmington and this was the best accommodation ever. It is beautiful (very stylish), functional (kitchen part is fantastic), has two separate bathrooms next to two separate bed rooms. It is quiet, it is in the nice historical area. Everything is easy to reach.

High tech equipment, abundant amenities and snacks, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, porch, large size rooms and bathrooms, all new, fully stocked kitchen and spices, welcoming touches, free parking in front.
