Spacious and Clean, But Breakfast Disappointed We recently stayed at the Garden Place Hotel and were impressed by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the facilities. The hotel is well-maintained, and the lobby is particularly beautiful and welcoming—an inviting first impression. However, we were let down by the breakfast experience. Not only was breakfast not included in the room rate—which was surprising given the price—but when we went down for breakfast, the kitchen was not ready, and no kitchen staff were in sight. This lack of organization was frustrating and out of step with the otherwise well-presented hotel. Overall, the hotel offers clean and comfortable accommodation in an elegant setting, but the breakfast situation leaves room for improvement. Including breakfast or at least ensuring reliable service would make a significant difference in the overall experience.

Aesthetics. Hotel looks nice from the outside with plenty statues, decor inside was also nice, they have created an indoor garden vibe. 2 rooms booked were different, my bed was comfortable and sturdy. Shower pressure is decent and the shower itself is a very good size. Plenty towels and toiletries available. Fridge in room. Black out blinds / curtains. We made use of the sofa bed also in this room which the child that used it was happy with. Staff were helpful and did not seem like it bothered them when we had to go back numerous times due to different reasons (in the didn't like section).
