Set beside a forest and intersected by a stream, Oakhurst Farm Cottages are situated in Hoekwil, Wilderness along the Garden Route. This charming farm setting features a farm dam and forest.

A number of restaurants can be found 15 minutes drive away in the village of Wilderness. Wilderness beach is a 20-minute drive away and the George Airport is 32.7 km from the farm.

“Wonderful, tranquil venue that is well-run & a visit you won’t regret”

We are a family of 5 & stayed in a schoolyard cottage. The unit was clean & beautifully furnished with a hot tub to enjoy. Oakhurst is a working farm so really lovely to see the cows, donkeys and horses. Lots of space to walk/ride bikes & a lake to canoe on. The farm felt safe for our family to relax & explore & the staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. The farm store has lots of lovely items to buy including a wide range of frozen meals, desserts and breads.

Would be nice if there was a little cafe or prepared breakfast included. Drive into town is about 10-15minutes. Food and baskets are available from the farm store. Beautiful farm! Stunning holiday for families with children. Staff are exceptional and sooooo helpful. Accommodation was comfortable. Would be nice if daily clean up service was available.
