Farm stays Overview

Set beside a forest and intersected by a stream, Oakhurst Farm Cottages are situated in Hoekwil, Wilderness along the Garden Route. This charming farm setting features a farm dam and forest.
Each self-catering cottage is decorated in a country-style and has a well-equipped kitchen and living area furnished in wooden floors. The private bathroom has a shower and basin.
Fresh farm eggs and milk can be provided on request, and barbecue facilities are available. A number of restaurants can be found in the village of Wilderness, within 3 km.
There are walking and cycling trails within the indigenous forest areas on the farm, and guests can visit the dairy farm during milking times by prior arrangement. Other outdoor activities such as fishing at the dam can be arranged by the staff.
A number of restaurants can be found 15 minutes drive away in the village of Wilderness. Wilderness beach is a 20-minute drive away and the George Airport is 32.7 km from the farm.

Amazing stay at new Pasture Cottages! Really felt luxury, spacious and so cosy! Fully equipped, fantastic terrace with Braai opportunity and outdoor furniture. More than friendly contact, always available. Yummy breakfast, lots of cows next to the cottage...this fehlt like a perfect holiday! We'll definitely come back!

Accommodating staff, delightful surroundings,and so much to do for my daughter (8 years old!) Miss it already... only will note that it is quite expensive but well worth it for all the great activities! Their baskets/marketing/overall way of running things is 5 stars.

Absolutely loved the cottage set on a beautiful farm with a hot tub and lovely forest walk. Such friendly and helpful staff. Spoilt for choice with delicious meals and snacks from the shop! Highly recommend the DIY burger basket, breakfast basket and prepared meals too.
