Lovely peaceful location in a quiet village with pheasant, muntjac deer and songbirds viewable from the kitchen window. Contemporary space with high ceilings and large eat-in kitchen area. Two cozy outdoor searing areas. Tasty pub food directly across the lane but no pub noise.

Excellent location. Very comfortable to stay in , light and warm . Everything you need. Good pub over the lane . Our third visit which says it all!

Near to Wells next the sea Clean and spacious and in a great location Enclosed front garden with parking space Opposite pub in small village although pub is shut Mon’s & Tues’

Super comfortable and spacious with peaceful tranquility in a beautiful location. Saw plenty of wildlife from the kitchen window. Lovely property to stay and enjoy exploring the beautiful North Norfolk coast.
