Really nice guesthouse, very comfortable and spotlessly clean, well designed house and generous, comfortable lounge. Many little touches (e.g. pocket tissue pack in bathroom, pot of toothpicks on breakfast table, complimentary cake in room), minor in themselves but showing a real spirit of generosity and care for guests. Excellent breakfast (young woman who can boil the perfect egg!). Mini fridges with milk on each floor, and good selection of help-yourself drinks in lounge that they trust you to pay for. And a hot tub too!

Highly recommended. Clean, comfortable accommodation, very friendly helpful staff. High attention to detail in the services provided with a beautiful garden and outside seating. The breakfast was outstanding and freshly made to order.
