Great property. Cosy but also spacious. Everything you need for a few days away. Small courtyard garden with table and chairs. Close to Wells and Holkham beaches. Lovely peaceful village location. Attached to a small pub. Plenty of parking.

The location was perfect. Situated 4 miles from Wells-next-the-sea, 2 miles from Walsingham and 4 miles to Holkham Hall. The flat is above a beautiful pub with a highly recommended restaurant. The accommodation itself had all the amenities including great galley kitchen and lovely bathroom. First class!

Loved it all! This was a last minute find after somewhere else cancelled on us and we couldn’t have picked anywhere better if we tried. Beautiful accommodation clean and thoughtfully designed and decorated. Lovely friendly pub downstairs with exceptional food. Parking on site. Excellent location for wells next the sea coastline.
