Last minute booking due to cancelled ferry back home to Orkney. Found Ella’s place on booking.com and was delighted because it was cheaper than a room in a hotel for a family of 4. The host contacted us straight away to give us instructions on how to get into property and where to park. The location was great for Wick town centre, the house was very clean and comfortable.

Very welcoming place with all available facilities. We requested a cot for our little one and not only they did provide it, they also left us a high chair and some baby toys to ensure we were all comfortable.

Really beautiful house, with all comforts. We loved the decoration themed on highland cows! In addition, Ella did her best so that we had a pleasant stay, providing helpful information and accommodating our needs. I highly recommend Ella's hoose!
