The location was excellent, just like the staff. It is very good value for money, although you should not expect anything extraordinary for this amount of money.

I liked the tea cup and saucer in the accommodation room, I liked the bathroom appearance and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of milk 13 pots The male owner provides the code for the WiFi on his phone, it is a smart plug plugged in behind the television. Carpet looks clean apart from a stain next to the television but elsewhere all clean. Window looked out onto the river in Wick so nice view. I stayed in the accommodation at the back of the property at the bottom of the steps. The male waiting for me when I arrived was very friendly, please note there is a office inside of the shop where the male owner meets you, the shop is located next to the door that says the accommodation name. The mobile telephone number is on the booking details if you go to self service queries on booking.com if any issues. Coat hangers are provided as well, small rail no wardrobe Looks like attention to detail is done on the main room in terms of cleaning no dust or dirt on the skirting boards, no dirt in the shower. No shower washing gel is provided but two towels are and Carex handwash, mybe use Scottish highland hand wash or Bayliss and Harding as a alternative premium handwash to add that extra touch to the customer stay. Although the outside could do with improvement the inside definitely makes up for it. Large shower could fit two people in, plenty of room and this particular room of the accommodation had two single beds in. I have stayed in lots of different hotels different sizes and I was overall happy with my stay.

It was clean and tidy The view from the bathroom was excellent. Kettle teabags & milk etc provided.

I liked the welome when I arrived. The room was very pleasant with plenty of space and quirky features. You could feel the history of the place.
