Close to the main north-south highway, the location is convenient. The rooms are small but very well appointed. They were completely refurbished and remodeled recently; there are as many electrical outlets and USB (A and C) charging points as one could ever need. The owners clearly did not skimp on the quality of materials and the design, very well done. Dinner in the hotel's pub was excellent, as was the breakfast in the cafe, also in the hotel. Wonderful small town hospitality at a very reasonable cost (an advantage to not being in a tourist town). A highly recommended stop between Adelaide and Port Lincoln or Coffin Bay. As I was there on (was it Friday or Saturday night?), there was live music in the courtyard facing my room, but it stopped at a reasonable time.
