Fab long weekend at Painter cottage. It's literally a 3 min walk to the main street and beach. Loads of bars, shops and places to eat. Parking isn't great but we found a side street and just left the car there for the weekend. Got the train into Canterbury (change at Faversham) which I would recommend. House has everything you need.

Lovely location - super convenient for the coast and market and shops. Well appointed rooms with everything that we needed provided. Beds comfortable. Really enjoyed having a bath, and our little dog loved her stay too.
