The fine print
On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi. Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great house in a great location. Easy access to shops on the high street and the waterfront. Nice a quiet. The beds were comfy, and the facilities were great. I would definitely go back.

It is cosy, comfortable and well maintained. It’s a great size for 6 adults. It’s conveniently located for the beach and the town. We stayed at Limewood last February and are hoping to re- book for next spring too.

High quality refurbishment. Excellent location. Extremely comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable sitting room. Excellent heating and supply of hot water. Parking available. Supply of books and games. Clean linen and fluffy towels.
