The information we got prior to the stay was excellent and Ryan was extremely helpful. It was very easy to get into the property via the coded lockbox. The place was spotlessly clean. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have ever slept in (aside from one very lumpy pillow that we put to one side!). The flat is situated in a great location. So easy for the beach and the local amenities. It was very quiet. There is good on drive parking and we were told that if the parking spaces were full then we could park on the road and Vacant Nests would pay for this. I thought this was a great touch. I would just say that we booked for three people and it was perfect for us. Had we been a party of four (to go in the 2 double beds) it wouldn't have been ideal. For example there were only 3 stools at the breakfast bar and the very comfy sofa only fits 3 people. This isn't a criticism as it was exactly what we were looking for but if someone wants to book something for 4 people then it makes sense to know these things. Ryan, if you see this then I'd say there's plenty of space for an extra stool and a seat to go with the sofa. Thanks Ryan and co for a really lovely stay. It was a great base from which to go and see our relatives and tour around Northumberland.

Apartment was in a good location very clean and comfortable. Communication from host was excellent they checked in to make sure we had all we need whilst we were there. Plenty of parking on the street and host offered to refund the cost, payment on the app was very straight forward.

Modern, clean and comfortable, everything was wonderful at the property. It had everything we needed with only a short walk to the beach.
