The fine print
For groups of 5 guests or more, The Windsor Hotel will require security deposits from each guest. These will not be refunded if there is any damage to the hotel. A maximum of 4 rooms are permitted per reservation. The price for a Full English breakfast includes full access to the continental buffet.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Price was excellent beds comfy room clean. Quirky and old fashioned but it all works. Didn't eat there so no comment.
