The proprietor was welcoming, friendly and very helpful with restaurant recommendations. I only wish I could have tried the breakfast but was meeting someone for an early brunch. Maybe next time! The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was excellent and I enjoyed a lovely walk along the seafront.

Beautifully appointed room. All very clean. Great breakfast options, requested the night before, then made promptly when we went for breakfast. Close to the Metro. Our son came by Metro to meet us, and this would get good for getting around if staying longer.

Paul is a very friendly and welcoming host, He also has great local knowledge of the surrounding areas. The room was very clean with everything you would ever need. Quite location but still only a very short walk to the beach, metro and town centre. I would highly recommend the breakfast as well, very tasty and will keep you going till late in the afternoon.
