Situated across the road from Buffalo Beach, Whitianga Campground features a variety of accommodation with free onsite parking. Guests enjoy a shared kitchen and dining area, a children’s playground and a BBQ area.
Set between a river and native bush, Whitianga Campground is just a 2-minute drive from Whitianga town centre.

This is 1 queen bed, single bed and fold down sofa bed. The cottage has a private en suite bathroom and a full kitchen with a dishwasher. There is also a flat screen TV and freeview. There are verandahs located off the bedroom and dining room. All units have free parking located immediately outside. All linen is provided.

2 bedrooms, queen and 2 singles plus fold done sofa bed Free-standing cottage with 2 separate bedrooms with 1 queen-size bed and 2 single beds. There is an open-plan kitchen/dining area with a small refrigerator. There is a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. All linen is provided.

Please note that, for security purposes, the front gate to the property is locked at 22:00 and unlocked at 07:00 each day.Guests who wish to arrive outside those dates must ring the office and make other arrangements.

If you expect to arrive outside these hours, please inform Whitianga Campground in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Please note that for bookings of 3 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
For bookings over the Christmas and New Year's period, 25 December and 31 December, all guests must be over the age of 21 and there is a bond of 1 night's stay.
Please note that satellite channels are only available to guests with a 'MySky' card.
Please note that pets are strictly not permitted inside the cabins under any circumstances.
Camp showers are $2 for a 3/1/2 minute hot shower
The campground has separate male and female ablution facilities, barbaque and outside dining area as well as a large communal kitchen and TV room
Tokens can be obtained from the office to use the showers
Bookings by groups may incur a good behaviour bond. Guests please DONT bring your pets.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Location was amazing. Quick walk to the beach. As it was away from the town centre it was very peaceful and lush. Still close enough to walk everywhere. Friendly staff. Room was spacious for our family. Comfy beds. Large fridge with kitchen necessities.

The room was spacious but a little outdated in terms of power points and cooking facilities but everything worked to our satisfaction.
