We self-catered and the cooking utensils and appliances were certainly enough for our need considering we were in the Australian outback. Cold water in the fridge and a very welcome greeting from Sonia,.

We spoke directly to the host beforehand and she was very obliging in accommodating our special requests, which were all about catering, and which is difficult to do in such a remote location.
