Breakfast and location were spot on. Set in wooded area, quiet and peaceful. Dog friendly, even offered bowls or blankets if required. Would definitely book the accommodation again.

What a treasure! Loved it here. 5 minute walk to the front at the north end of Sandsend, or the bus stop to Whitby / Runswick Bay. Even so, it felt like we were deep in the countryside because it was so tranquil and dark, made for a fabulous night's sleep. Room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was really well cooked, delicious. Bonus points for a comfy mattress!
