Very friendly couple who kept in touch via texts before our stay. Lovely big room- paid extra for a family room. In a quiet area not far from Whitby centre. Very near Pannett Park, Art gallery and Whitby museum. Good on site parking which is easy to access. Good range of facilities- coffee machine, kettle, excellent range of teas etc. Fresh milk available from downstairs fridge. Nice bathroom layout. Plenty of wardrobe, drawer space. Breakfast was well presented and arrived promptly. Don't eat a lot of bread so having sandwiches and toast for breakfast wasn't what I would normally choose but there was a good choice. Probably great for shorter stays. Lots of information on table about restaurants, breakfast etc.

Everything, approachable and kind hosts went above and beyond nothing too much trouble. Breakfast in bed/room was perfect, relaxing and lazy 😁 Plenty of safe off road parking.

Everything. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The rooms beautiful, spacious and clean. The breakfast delivered to the room was perfect. Plenty of choice. Excellent understanding of gluten free requirements. Highly recommend for GF travellers.
