Room was very spacious, larger than we'd thought. Bed was clean, as well as the ensuite facilities which were roomier than we'd thought they'd be. The fan was very much appreciated

Was a easy check in could collect parking permit early which was a bonus instead of wasting most of the day room was clean and the bed was very comfortable great sleep ,breakfast was excellent,every one was very welcoming Great location 10/10

Everything about this guest house is great. Cannot fault it. We didn't have breakfast because our friends were self catering and made breakfast for us.

not far from whitby harbor , clean and a good base , extra bonus was the parking permit
