Very clean and comfortable accommodation, with quality decor and facilities. Location is good for shops and local pubs that play good music. We will return to the Jet Black Jewel in future.

The Location was perfect for us. The fact that the hotel is unmanned was new to me and I was a little concerned before arrival but I'll be honest, it was potentially the easiest check in I've ever had and it really felt like a home from home. We had perfect weather so the fan & fridge in the room was a God Send and much appreciated additions.

It’s unique and quirky quality. The direct entry system and the parking discs. You feel like you’re living in the community. The Polar Bear themed room was a nice touch with a local connection. Communication with owners was good.
