Everything the place the location the free parking. Bathroom was better than in hotels I've visited.Breakfast fantastic and plentiful. Decor really nice all rooms very tasteful but simple. Gwen very welcoming and informative of questions asked.A better guest house would be hard to find in my opinion.

Gwen and Lee were amazing hosts. After check-in and a brief but helpful intro to the property, we settled in and did some exploring. Gwen and Lee available if needed but otherwise left us to enjoy the lovely room. Room was immaculate, bathroom new and spotless. Breakfast was delicious. Attention to detail by G&L was superb. Heated towel rails meant towels nice and warm! Also great that there was a dedicated car parking space. It’s about a 5-8 min walk down hill to waterfront.

Great position for exploring, extremely clean, fantastic, spacious room with en-suite, both Gwen and Lee were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional, all freshly cooked to order, with local produce.
