The breakfast was very nice, and bed very comfortable. The room was clean, and the staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. We were staying for a visit to Alton Towers and it was certainly very close which was what we needed after a long day.

The location was great the rooms were spotless including the bedding towels and wash liquids great we had 1 sachet of coffee 2 tiny milk pots plenty of tea bag’s and sugar so very sparse for a cuppa in the room the glasses in the dinning room on the tables were not clean mine had lip marks from lipstick all around the rim it near put me off breakfast it was minging I have taken a picture I did tell the waitress who shrugged it off with I’ll get you another that simply wasn’t the problem it should of been presented clean But the rooms were impeccable spotless so the room cleaner is spot on and it was warm all areas were warm

We had such a lovely stay. The room was clean and comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great quality. Excellent views. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely quiet location Spacious room Good breakfast Comfortable bed Lady on reception was very pleasant and welcoming but did seem to be trying to run everything on her own! Great location for Alton Towers Beautiful view outside Ample parking

Location is perfect, we’ve stayed here a few times to visit family and friends Breakfast is ok, standard English breakfast, food is good and comes quickly Staff is nice and welcoming We would stay here again

The area was great for walking. Near to other attractions such as Alton towers, the peak district and the steam railway. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Food however was amazing. The best steak I have ever eaten. We had the sharing steak board. All cooked to perfection. The breakfast was perfect too.

Breakfast was of good quality and filling. The staff were polite and helpful. Not easy to find hotel in foggy conditions, even with satnav. However, it was well worth visiting. Good location from which to venture into the Peaks. Good eateries in the vicinity. Full marks to Wetherspoons in Cheadle.
