The building from the outside was amazing. Inside could have done with a little care.

The location was great for us as it was 4 mins from. Frognall Station. Clean rooms, staff friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Also the pillows were not very nice. Pity there was no view as we only had velux windows. Booked ground floor room, but we were moved to the first floor for some reason. Breakfast was huge, but the sausage let it down. Both myself & and my son didn't like it, but that might just be a question of personal taste. We had a meal in the restaurant in the evening which was decent and the staff were lovely to accommodate for a child's meal. Overall, we'd stay again if we were up that way.

Great location for Alton towers and very peaceful. Staff were very accommodating and attentive. Facilities were great and room was comfortable and clean

The staff especially the lad on in the morning, he was exceptionally nice he could not of done any more for us.
