Beautiful cottage in an excellent location 10mins from Alton towers. Absolutely spotless and fulfilled all our needs. Lovely touch leaving us a bottle of Prosecco. We will most definitely be back.

The quiet rural location suited my family's needs perfectly. We had room to spread out in a well finished very clean property. Everything was in great condition and worked as it should. We felt at home and were able to have some much needed relaxation time. We hope to return to this property when next in the area.

Everything about our stay was perfect. the cleanliness, layout out of the property and facilities inside was perfect for what we needed. we went with my daughter, her husband and 2 young children. all the rooms were clean and decorated beautifully, beds were really comfy, towels etc all provided. The keys were in a key box with a code outside the front door so easy to collect as we had been given the code in an email prior to our stay. The two double bedrooms on the ground floor where laid out in such a way that the kids stayed in the one down the corridor that we could shut from the noise of the adults in the living room in the evening chatting. my daughter and her husband stayed in the bedroom off the kitchen dining area so the kids could find them easily. The downstairs bathroom with shower and bath were also perfect for the kids. me and my partner slept in the king size bed upstairs and the shower room/ toilet was ideal for us as it meant we were pretty self contained upstairs out the way of the early risers downstairs!! loved the enclosed patio with the playhouse and the undercover seating with heater and light. lots of lovely touches and you could see a lot of thought went into everything in the property. A really beautiful country location with sheep and alpacas. Lovely and quiet at night. So much to do around the area but you do obviously need a car. Will 100% be staying again, a really golden nugget find!
