Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.Guests must be 25 years of age or older to reserve a room.Guests booking 6 or more rooms over the Summer (17 April - 30 November) and Winter (3 January - 16 April) seasons will fall under a 14 day cancellation policy. Reservations may be cancelled 14 days before arrival without penalty. If the reservation is cancelled inside 14 days before arrival full payment is non-refundable. A cancellation number will be issued at time of notification. No shows and early departures apply.Guests booking 6 or more rooms over the Holiday (24 December - 2 January) season will fall under a 30 day cancellation policy.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The room was well equipped and comfortable. Notably, the housekeeping staff ensured that the room was meticulous clean everyday. Also, it is well located, within walking distance of key places in the village.

We had an exceptional room which was huge with great views. Very clean bathroom. The hotel was in a good location, just outside the busy centre of Whistler village, but only a 5 minute walk to all shops and restaurants. I was impressed by the staff, especially Jack on Reception who was extremely friendly and helpful.
