Perfect location. Beautiful views. Very tranquil. Lovely hosts. Good WiFi. All the facilities you require. Lots of food choice in fridge and cupboards for breakfast.

Beautiful garden setting with views to Bay, felt private with use of outdoor lounge/spa area, extremely good value, lovely welcoming host and great breakfast provisions. Easy trip into Manganui. Comfortable beds.

Our host Sue was just lovely! We had three very spacious bedrooms which were decorated luxuriously, and the beds were so comfortable. So much so, we found ourselves arising after 8am each day! The gardens are spectacular, and had been freshly mowed prior to our arrival. Flowers were in bloom in abundance, and the views were amazing. We had a very well stocked and generous pantry and fridge for our stay. Sue has a little hobby cottage where she makes natural soaps and earrings, amongst other things. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to everyone.
