The fine print
Please note that the property hosts live music evenings 5 nights a week, including folk music nights, jam sessions, karaoke and ukulele evenings. These normally carry on till around midnight.As the guest house is in the harbour, there are limited parking permits. Please contact the property before arrival to confirm parking. If the permits are fully booked, the price for parking is GBP 10 per day.

The location is central to the town, so ideal. I took the one room with bathroom as didn't fancy sharing. The fried breakfast was great every morning which is served up until 11AM so you don't have to rush yourself. There were various staff i met in the day and evening which were all friendly. I had a couple of drinks in the pub on my last evening while they were having a Folk Music evening which was nice. I did a day trip to Lulworth Cove /Durdle Door and a Portland Island boat trip which i recommend. I came when the weather was really nice at the start of July so had a great time.

The location was good near the Quay & sea front. Parking permit given. Staff friendly Breakfast was very good. Room & bathroom facilities were clean and adequate.
