Please note we offer two check-in slots between 11:00 and 13:00 or between 16:00 and 20:00. Check in after 8pm is not possible.We have no on-site parking facilities, limited free parking permits are available for The Swannery Car Park, approximately 700 metres from the guest house, Due to limited permits, parking needs to be reserved at time of booking as a special request. Free street parking is available nearby if all permits are reserved. All parking is at the guests own risk. Blue Badge holders can park nearby in the residential permit zone. If no parking reservation is made, we cannot guarantee free parking will be available on arrival. Pay and display is possible at The Royal Yard Car Park and The Swannery Car Park.We have no ground floor rooms or lift at the property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Really friendly staff with a personable touch. Breakfast was delicious and really a must if you stay. Location couldn’t be much better with the sea being right there. Furnishing are cute and quirky. Everything was clean and I enjoyed my stay

Beautifully furnished with very individual decoration of the rooms. Very friendly welcome and our hostess was so helpful with our blue badge parking. Great location and lovely breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay here and our host was very accommodating, knowledgeable and efficient. Our bed was comfortable and the breakfast very generous.

Karen and Martin are just superb hosts, our second visit as we like coming back, breakfast is amazing with great quality ingredients, rooms great with more than everything you need including wifi, location is another plus point as just by the promenade and free parking a bonus. Thanks Guys we will be back.
