The fine print
Please note we offer two check in slots between 12pm-1pm or 4pm-8pm.
We have no on-site parking facilities but we do offer a limited number of free parking permits for our guests to use at The Swannery Car Park, 700 metres from our guest house. We have a limited number of permits to use at St John's Church car park, 250 metres from our guest house and residential permits, these permits will incur a charge of £4 per night per permit. Free street parking is available in a nearby location (subject to availability) if all our permits are reserved. The Royal Yard Car Park located 600 metres from our guest house is £6.50 per 24 hours. Blue Badge holders can park in the residential permit zone for free for their stay.
Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Absolutely everything you need is provided at a reasonable rate too. Lovely quirky style, great breakfast cooked really well and nice clean hot shower. Nothing negative to say!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly, which made us feel so welcome. It’s an ideal location, and the excellent breakfast was a real highlight. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making our stay perfectly restful. 10/10!
