Lovely cottage in the middle of town close to the beach. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. The owners were very helpful and communication was very good. Everything was spotless. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay - it’s now our home away from home when we want a short break in Weymouth. We love the location moments away from the harbour in Weymouth and the convenience of the car park in front of the property. And it’s a beautifully decorated comfortable cottage. The owner is friendly, responsive and helpful.

The setting is perfect. A minute’s walk to the harbour, two minutes to the beach. All Weymouth’s best restaurants within a few minutes walk. The cottage is in a row of characterful historic fisherman’s cottages. This one has been sympathetically and tastefully modernised and is a charming place to spend a few days. The property is adjacent to a small car park - free to park overnight, maximum 3 hours no return within 2 hours during the day. This worked well for trips out during the middle of the day, meaning we could have the car near to us when we were in the cottage - a rarity in Weymouth. We were delighted to have chosen Bosun’s Cottage and would definitely book it again.

It was like a home from home, perfectly clean, all amenities available and the host Punpilas was truly remarkable. Everything you could need for a few days away, including recommendations on where to eat and park. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a hospitable host! Thank you truly for an incredible stay. I couldn’t recommend it enough. ********** an infinite amount of stars.
