Stayed last week great place right on beach around the gardens. Room was great with everything I needed, clean and tidy lovely staff brekkie was nice. Also managed to get parked around the gardens which can be challenging. Already booked for next year. Had a great week thanks bayliss hall

Lovely old building beautifully modernised without losing the charm. Clean, great bed and good pillows. Breakfast was in the basement m, which again was a lovely room

We had a 4 night stay, got the entry code before arrival and easy process to get our key from the coded lock box, Room was nice and comfy bed, ideal for a short stay, perfect location for the beach and harbour, and all other places I found the breakfast selection was nice even though I only had the fruit and yogurt bowl. Check out was at 10 am and they kindly let us keep our luggage in the unused breakfast area until the afternoon when our train was due

The room was comfortable and very clean, the position was perfect turn right 2 mins to beach turn left 2 mins to the harbours bars and restaurants.
