Breakfast experience al in. Problem with air con which was effectively dealt with by firstly Barry then Michael. I was reimbursed for the night in question out of three nights

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and right in the centre of the town. Rooms are spacious and really nicely decorated. They were very well kept and there was no shortage of towels/toilet roll/shower caps/shower gel. Rooms also had an ironing board, iron, good hair dryer and mini fridge. The staff were lovely and very welcoming on arrival. The young girl that served us in the bar was very polite and a nice person. The thermal suite was gorgeously presented and had a heated hydrotherapy pool, a plunge pool, sauna, steam room and dry heat room - all spotless and decorated very nicely. There was a fan in the room which definitely helped a small bit with the heat! I had duck liver pate for starter in the bar and it was delicious and my partner had bbq chicken wings which were also excellent. I had chicken curry for mains which was ok, my partner had the whites beef burger and it was lovely. There was also free parking in the hotel car park. A big plus for me was the fact room floors could only be accessed with a room key card, this gave a sense of safety and reassurance. Will definitely be returning!!

Breakfast was above average , terrace garden is a nice sheltered area to sit and relax . Menu for terrace garden is over priced , mediocre and sparse .Very comfortable bed and room. Coffee dock is good .Good location. Very nice hotel but restaurant lets it down.
