We stayed in superior rooms. They were big, the beds were really comfortable and huge. The breakfast was self-service with a lot of choices. The parking space is also large. We loved our stay at Achat Hotel Wetzlar.

Since this was my second visit, I didn't note when I made my reservation for a family of seven to stay on the same floor because on my previous visit, I didn't mention anything and we ended up staying on the same floor. This time, we brought a baby, who was five months old. As we arrived, a young man at reception called our names and said, "There are two rooms downstairs (ground floor) and a couple room with the baby on the fifth floor." I declined because I want to keep us all together. "No," he answered. When I asked him if he could call his boss, he finally did so. I waited for him to consider it for a while, and my baby was screaming and exhausted. The manager, wow. She said, "Let them be together, and we all sleep upstairs," which was very kind. As the manager, you are a superstar 💫 if you are reading this. Thank you.
