Ann is a lovely lady very welcoming ,room was spacious and clean ,bed very comfortable ,location was very good not too far from shops and restaurants we had four lovely meals recommend by Ann ,Teddy was a bonus 😀 lovely little dog sooo cute

Very near the town and seafront. There was car parking, the room was big and it was lovely and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful
