Location. Nice and quiet. Building very nice. I arrived at night and left the house early morning so I cannot tell too much. Good value for money. In Belgium in this area it is hard to find something cheaper if you just need a bed. I did not have any other expectations except a quiet place to sleep for one night and I got it.

I love it because it's feel like at home. Toilet with bathtub. Can use a kitchen too to make some food. Near to groceries and restaurant too but not a ealking distance
