The host was lovely very welcoming and homely Anything we needed or information about the area she was happy to help Breakfast was lovely .Room very big and spotlessly clean What more can I say Amazing brilliant and we will be returning again soon

Host was very friendly and accommodating. We needed to check in late evening and this was fine. There was plenty of parking in a secure area. It was quiet and the views were stunning. Room was comfortable with everything you needed. Bathroom was small but functional. Breakfast was great with a good choice of cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt. Full English was beautifully cooked and filling. A good choice of items on the breakfast menu. The host had a very well behaved dog who was lovely. There is a busy pub just a 5 minute walk away where the food on offer is excellent 👌

Hosts were friendly and very welcoming, breakfast was a good hearty farmhouse breakfast, rooms were very comfortable and everywhere spotless, would highly recommend.

Everything. Avril is a super host, attending to every detail to make our stay perfect. The on suite twin bedroom was so clean & comfortable. Great shower, fluffy white bath towels & beautiful white bed linen. We appreciated the complimentary toiletries, tea, coffee & chocolate biscuits. The breakfast was superb with a great variety of fresh fruit, yoghurt & cereals. The freshly cooked hot breakfast was wonderful with a great choice. The views from the house are spectacular with sheep & horses to view from the windows. This is the best bed & breakfast I have ever stayed in. There is a wonderful pub 10 min walk away, where we had a lovely evening meal. West Woodburn is a very nice location. We shall certainly be back & I will be recommending to my friends.
