Location was ideal for me; lots to visit and many lovely walks. Accommodation was very good with everything I needed and a comfortable bed. Host was very welcoming and helpful. Very wide choice for breakfast, nicely presented and cooked.

What a great B&B. You have your own quiet outbuilding that is immaculately clean and well furnished. Bedding and towels are of the highest quality. Shower excellent and bathroom spacious and well equiped. You even get your own hidden away 'courtyard' to sit outside. Sarah the host is helpful and friendly and provides the perfect English breakfast in a lovely breakfast room. Location is perfect for Chichester and the beach. Private and secure parking. Peaceful countryside setting. Even a not too bad pub in walking distance!
