Very close to the nearest beach (800 metres perhaps). Easy drive to West Wittering sandy beach. Easy walk 10 - 15 minutes to East Wittering shops. Very helpful and friendly hosts. Lots of maps and guides to the area provided, along with some very useful thoughts on local restaurants and pubs. Chickens in the garden and eggs provided on arrival which was a lovely touch. The accommodation had everything we needed for a very pleasant short break.
