We found the property to be clean, modern and spacious. It was accessible and ideal for one of our relatives who is in a wheelchair. There is a handy grocery store nearby, a chip shop and pub and bus stops were very close. We liked the two en suite bathrooms including a wet room. Complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits were much appreciated after a long journey. Easy access to Cromer by bus or car

Although the property is on the High Street and with a pub next door there was no disturbance at night and we had a lovely stay. The decor is really lovely and homely and the bathrooms excellent.
