The location is perfect..and parking on drive for 4 cars very convenient although there is also parking in the Rd . Just a 5 min walk through 'the folly' 2 doors down takes you into the town..and monkey beach a stones throw away Main Door entry easy with door code . Room was Spotlessly clean and lovely fresh scents greeted you and the finishing touches appreciated. There was tea, sugar, coffee and milk on the welcome table and Fridge and fan were very welcome editions on our hot weekend. bed very comfortable and lovely fresh cotton linen. Towels were also supplied. Good strong wi fi connection and no problem with the tv. Bathroom and shower cubicle a nice size with quality toiletries.

We were wowed on arrival by the lovely tranquil feel to the room.. no other guests on arrival, so we did feel like we had it to ourselves.. the temperature was lovely& warm for a walk& beautiful and cool inside, the sound proofing was amazing and it was the first time in a long time to relax& watch a bit of tv
