Breakfast was excellent and the location is fine but better if one has a sea-view room. The only downside is no sitting room but as we didn't expect one......Would definitely stay again

The location was perfect for a walk into Looe. Also the sea view from the balcony was amazing of Looe Island.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Seaview the room was clean and very well presented and as the name suggests has a picturesque view overlooking the sea. Our host and owner Sharron was friendly helpful and also cooked a lovely breakfast.
