Excellent stay! after a tricky start as there was a power failure but the Hosts were marvellous and sorted another room at a hotel a few doors away ! we then joined them for our 2nd night and it could not have been better! Thanks so much ! we will be back! Julie & James

We loved our stay here. The communication was great with the owner right from the start. She offered tips for places to eat and was super friendly. Our room was perfect. Spacious and clean with the most comfortable huge bed. The view was spectacular. We were walking distance to everything in town. There is parking available at the property too for smaller cars. Welcomed at the door by Janine, and shown to our front room - beautifully appointed, with huge comfortable bed and armchairs; overlooking the harbour. Excellent friendly hosts, able to share local info and recommendations. As so often mentioned, our breakfast was very tasty, and served hot! Good selection of cereals, fruit juices and fresh fruit- all served in a light airy dining room, or in the conservatory (warm and sunny when we visited) An easy 20 minute walk either around the quayside, or to the beach

Great location, very easy walk into Looe and coast paths. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Very well looked after, will definitely book again.

Clean & comfortable. Lovely hosts who were willing to help you. The breakfast was very good., With a good choice of cereals, fruit, yogurts and a great full English. Even with a busy road outside the noise didn’t filter into the room. Beautiful views of Looe and the Harbour from the room.
